Program Overview
Within the 8-week hands-on course, participants will immerse themselves in 32 hours of classroom instruction and hands-on labs. Located on-site and equipped with state-of the art technology and facilities. Developed in collaboration with Portland Community College, this program represents a partnership focused on providing opportunities to equip individuals with the skills and knowledge necessary to thrive in the semiconductor industry.
This program provides:
- 8 weeks of lecture & hands-on training
 - Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) training
 - Sample preparation
 - Lab safety
 - Soft skills and professional development
 
Graduates receive:
- Lam-recognized certification
 - CTE credits through Portland Community College
 - Exposure to industry mentors and professional networks
