The interview process will vary based on the team, location, and position for which you are applying. In general, here’s what you can expect:
- Initial screening: A conversation with someone from the hiring team in which you’ll discuss your experience and career goals, and learn more about Lam’s culture, core values, and work environment.
- Interview with hiring manager or team: If it seems like a good match, you will have an interview with the hiring manager, or potentially a group interview with the hiring team.
- Technical assessment or task: For some roles, you may be asked to complete a task, assessment, or give a short presentation prior to or during interview sessions.
- Additional interviews: If you are a top candidate for the role, you will likely have a few additional interviews with other members of the team or group stakeholders before the final offer is made.
Yes, Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
