Lam knows that curiosity and inspired learning power breakthroughs, which is why we take actions that lead to continuous discoveries and innovations. This includes:
- Pushing the boundaries of traditional approaches to education, with an aim to introduce new ways of learning, foster new discoveries, shift mindsets, and empower growth
- Inspiring the next generation of innovators to solve the world’s most pressing problems through engineering and/or technology
- Equipping people with the knowledge and skillsets needed to succeed in the innovation workforce of the future
We support Transformative Learning through our charitable giving programs, including our support of United Women Singapore, which provides girls and young women with opportunities to explore STEM careers, and our collaboration with the Last Mile Education Fund to help students who are pursuing disciplines central to semiconductor innovation to stay in school and on track with short-term financial assistance.
